Requirements: High school diploma, AA degree preferred, or equivalent work experience; excellent communication skills – verbal and written; one year of experience in a guest service role within a luxury hotel environment required; membership within Les Clefs d’Or, knowledge of Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond standards, and multi-lingual abilities are preferred
