Position: Concierge – On-Call

Requirements: Exceptional customer service (think ‘white glove’ experience within hospitality, senior living, and/or related industry preferred); experience interacting courteously with guests/residents, co-workers, and the public; ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergencies; proficient in English communication and using computers, mobile devices, and office equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite products.
