Requirements: Exceptional customer service experience within hospitality, senior living, or related industry preferred; experience in interacting courteously with guests, residents, and colleagues; ability to make independent decisions and remain calm in emergency situations; strong reasoning and communication skills with proficiency in English; familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and office equipment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
