Requirements: Exceptional customer service experience within the hospitality, senior living, or related industry preferred; ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests, residents, and colleagues; capacity to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergencies; strong reasoning skills, including effective communication in English and proficiency with computers and office equipment; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
