Position: Concierge of Hospitality and Retail Sales

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality; proven track record of driving sales growth and exceptional customer service; enthusiasm for style with high personal standards and attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building personal connections; self-starting attitude with a collaborative team spirit; proficiency in POS (Shopify) retail software; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.); must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and potentially holidays; tailored clothing experience is a plus; a love for music and leather jackets, along with strong personal style; fluency in English is required, a second language is a plus.
