Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience; has prior experience working as a concierge, VIP Representative, or Front Desk Agent in a resort environment; is passionate about guest experience, resourceful in finding solutions, and can efficiently multi-task; has exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; has previous experience using Microsoft Office, Opera, HotSOS, and ALICE; bilingual
