About: The Americana at Brand and the Masonic Temple are seeking a passionate Concierge Manager to lead the Concierge Ambassadors, Porters, and Seasonal Employees in providing five-star services and experiences. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality management role; Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proven ability to develop and implement innovative service strategies; Deep knowledge of the Los Angeles hospitality landscape; Proficiency in managing budgets and forecasts; Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; High level of professionalism; Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays; Enthusiasm for fostering a positive work environment; Commitment to maintaining confidentiality; Passion for delivering exceptional service; Able to maintain composure during high-pressure situations
