Position: Concierge Manager, The Americana at Brand & Masonic Temple
About: The Americana at Brand and the Masonic Temple are seeking a Concierge Manager to lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional luxury hospitality services to guests, residents, and tenants. The role involves overseeing the lobby flow, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and upholding high service standards following the Caruso guidelines. The manager will be responsible for training staff, liaising with management, and ensuring a consistent brand experience for all interactions within the properties.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a luxury retail or hotel setting; strong leadership and mentoring skills; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; proven track record in developing innovative service strategies; deep knowledge of the Los Angeles hospitality landscape; proficiency in budget management and organizational skills; flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays; commitment to confidentiality and delivering exceptional service; college degree preferred.
