Position: Concierge Manager, The Americana at Brand & Masonic Temple
About: The Americana at Brand and the Masonic Temple are luxury hospitality establishments dedicated to providing outstanding service to valued guests, residents, and tenants. The Concierge Manager will lead a team to ensure five-star services and experiences, fostering positive relationships and upholding the highest standards of excellence in a professional and engaging manner.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality management role; strong leadership skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to develop and implement innovative service strategies; deep knowledge of the Los Angeles hospitality landscape; proficiency in managing budgets and forecasts; strong organizational skills; flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and MOD shifts as needed; enthusiasm for fostering a positive work environment; attention to detail; commitment to confidentiality; passion for exceptional service; college degree preferred
