Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively; Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences; Knowledge of Houston and its surrounding areas; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management systems; Ability to handle multiple projects; Familiarity with booking on Airbnb, VRBO, and Charter Service websites; Fluent in Spanish ideal but not required
