About: Ilitch Sports + Entertainment is seeking an ambassador to provide exceptional customer service to guests at various venues. Responsibilities include engaging guests, resolving concerns, and upholding venue policies. This position requires availability for events at multiple locations.
Requirements: High school diploma and one to two years of customer service experience required; ability to read and comprehend instructions, communicate effectively, and problem solve; willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
