Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous luxury hotel experience is necessary; knowledge of the surrounding area and its attractions; effective communication and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; proven ability to engage guests and provide personalized service
