Position: Concierge job
About: As part of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, the concierge will be committed to providing the highest level of customer service to suiteholders and guests visiting American Family Field, enhancing the fan experience by assisting guests with customer service questions on game days and ensuring an enjoyable experience at the ballpark.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 or more years of experience in customer service or a related field; exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills; candidates with prior hospitality experience preferred
