Requirements: Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar role; excellent knowledge of the local area, including attractions, events, and activities; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach; fluent in English; additional languages are a plus; high school diploma; degree in hospitality or relevant field preferred
