Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to convey information clearly; adept at problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure situations; strong interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with financial data and basic arithmetic functions; ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure; knowledge of emergency procedures and hospitality terminology
