Requirements: Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role preferred; one to two years of working with seniors preferred; ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and through pictures; confidence and patience in interactions; efficient time management and operation of standard office equipment; proficient in technology use, including computers, iPad/tablet, Word, internet, and email; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively and support company culture; must maintain a professional appearance and work varied schedules.
