About: JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort & Spa, located in Aventura, Florida, is seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional guest services and support various arrangements for guests, ensuring a delightful stay at the luxury hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year of Concierge experience in a hotel or equivalent; association with Les Clefs d’Or preferred; knowledge of Gold Key and iConcierge preferred; outstanding guest service skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; extensive knowledge of the South Florida area
