Position: Concierge job
About: Willow Bridge Property Company is a full-service residential property company with a rich history in the industry, overseeing over 180,000 apartment units and managing $3B in owned assets across 75+ markets in the U.S. Currently hiring for an experienced Concierge to provide professional services and act as a vital link between residents and property staff, offering a rewarding career path within the Willow Bridge family.
Requirements: A high school education or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent preferred. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer; familiarity with Windows XP is a plus. Proficiency in math, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience with property management software. Marketing and budgeting experience, multitasking capabilities, exceptional customer service skills, and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach. Basic typing and computer skills required; hotel, hospitality, or service industry experience a bonus. Valid driver’s license may be required for this role.
