Requirements: 2+ years prior experience in a concierge, box office, or customer service role in a hospitality setting; ability to consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences, exceed guest expectations, and strive to create a memorable guest experience; strong work ethic, calm demeanor with customer-focused approach, and immaculate attention to detail; effective communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and guests; proficient computer skills; ability to work both independently and in a team environment; ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
