About: RPM Living – Roscoe Property Management is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, prospective residents, handle after-hours package pickup, address inquiries and concerns, and update communication logs for active buildings. The role involves providing resources to customers and maintaining an open and welcoming environment for the Concierge, Property Management, Business Services, and Communication teams.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills
