Position: Concierge job
About: Four Seasons New York, a luxury hotel located on Billionaires’ Row, is seeking a dedicated Concierge to provide exceptional guest services with a personal touch and adhere to company policies.
Requirements: At least 2 years of Concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort; excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; extensive knowledge of the local area, attractions, restaurants, and special exhibits; strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to operate necessary computer equipment, including knowledge of Opera and HotSOS; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
