About: Four Seasons, located at 525 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, is currently seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at Four Seasons, you will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions, arrange transportation and reservations for guests, ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly, maintain a clean and organized lobby area, and collaborate with other hotel staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
