About: Phoenix Senior Living is currently seeking a Concierge to join their team. The Concierge is often the initial contact and first impression for potential residents, families, and visitors, managing calls, messages, and providing community information. Responsibilities include supporting marketing and sales efforts, assisting in recruitment, data entry, and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in the Bistro area.
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma\/ GED required; Proven customer service experience and skills; Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred; Microsoft Office required
