The role involves being a pivotal point of contact for guests, coordinating special requests, maintaining a hospitable environment, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay on the cruise ship in Miami, FL, United States.
Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor; strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of cruise ship operations and destinations is an asset; proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems; fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus; must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
