Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two to three years of experience in a related position; strong knowledge of the location and previous Chicago concierge experience beneficial; member of Les Clef D’or preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for customer service; legal work authorization in the United States required.
