About: Four Seasons, located at 120 East Delaware Place, is seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions, arrange transportation and reservations, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a clean lobby area, and collaborate with other hotel staff for exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in guest services or hospitality industry preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; proficiency in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly; ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor; strong organizational and multitasking abilities
