About: The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is seeking a guest-focused and knowledgeable Concierge to join their team. The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience at the venue, from providing assistance to keeping the facilities in top condition. Upholding the company’s Core Values is a key responsibility of the Concierge, making sure that every guest feels valued and attended to throughout their visit.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred; ability to maintain a cheerful and courteous demeanor; knowledge of movies and entertainment industry; effective communication and problem-solving skills; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; proficiency in POS systems; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
