Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; Good judgment, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and organized record-keeping ability; Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new applications.
