About: Join our premier apartment community in North Little Rock. We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Concierge to provide top-notch service to our residents. This part-time position requires 15-25 hours per week with evening and weekend hours.
Requirements: At least 2 years of customer service experience in a hospitality, retail, or service industry role; a neat and professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude; ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle multiple resident requests efficiently; dependable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic; excellent verbal and written communication skills; basic computer skills, including knowledge of office software and programs; flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed; ability to pass a criminal background check
