Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two to three years experience in a related position; solid knowledge of the location; hands-on with strong business acumen; good communication skills; professionalism and adaptability; knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous; previous Chicago concierge experience is beneficial; member of Les Clef D’or preferred
