The Concierge plays a key role in providing excellent hospitality, being the first point of contact for visitors and supporting marketing and sales efforts with community information. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven experience in a customer service role with excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and organized record-keeping abilities; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and willingness to learn new applications.
