Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven experience in a customer service role demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; organized record keeper
