About: Sunrise Senior Living at Whispering Chase is seeking a Concierge to join their team, providing excellent hospitality and being the first point of contact for all visitors to the community. The Concierge plays a vital role in greeting potential residents, families, and visitors, managing calls, and supporting marketing and sales efforts by providing community information.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; proven customer service experience demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new applications
