Position: Concierge job
About: Sunrise Senior Living, a certified Great Place to Work, is seeking a Concierge to join the team at Sunrise of Willowbrook in a part-time evening position. The Concierge plays a vital role in providing excellent hospitality and being the first point of contact for all visitors to the community. This position involves greeting potential residents, families, and visitors, managing calls, conveying messages, and offering community information to support marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; proven experience in a customer service role demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
