About: Sunrise Senior Living at FlatIrons is seeking a Concierge to provide excellent hospitality and be the first point of contact for all visitors to the community. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven experience in a customer service role demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to handle general administrative duties and support community hospitality.
