About: Sunrise Senior Living, a leading provider of senior care for over 30 years, is seeking a Concierge for their Sunrise of Bellevue community. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, managing calls, and providing community information to support marketing efforts.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven experience in a customer service role demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and organized record-keeping abilities; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
