Position: Concierge job
About: Sunrise Senior Living, a champion of quality of life in senior care for over 30 years, is currently seeking a Concierge to join their team in Sunrise of Dresher. The Concierge plays a vital role in providing excellent hospitality as the first point of contact for all visitors, managing calls, and supporting marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven experience in a customer service role with excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and organized record-keeping abilities; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
