About: Four Seasons, located at 10600 East Crescent Moon Drive, is seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As part of the Four Seasons team, you will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions, arrange transportation and reservations, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a clean lobby area, and collaborate with other hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle guest inquiries and issues efficiently; strong organizational skills
