Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; Proven experience in a customer service role with excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills; Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Organized record keeper
