About: Sunrise Senior Living, a renowned senior care community, is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join their team at Sunrise of Fairfax. The Concierge plays a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality and serving as the welcoming face of the community to visitors and residents.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven experience in a customer service role with excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and strong record-keeping skills; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
