About: Sunrise Senior Living, a renowned senior care community, is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join their team at Sunrise of Decatur. The Concierge plays a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality and serving as the initial point of contact for all visitors to the community.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven customer service experience with excellent organizational and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving abilities, and record-keeping skills; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new applications.
