About: The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Neurological Surgery is currently seeking a full-time Concierge Associate to work in Miami, FL. The Concierge Associate plays a vital role in supporting the patients of the Neurological Surgery Department for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine by facilitating medical care for patients who seek additional assistance in navigating the clinic. This role involves planning and executing stewardship activities to establish donor connections with the institution and deepen engagement. The incumbent interacts with various key offices within the university, including the President’s office, Dean’s office, trustees, School of Medicine department chairpersons, faculty, and research staff.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Previous development experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form; handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure; maintain effective interpersonal relationships; analyze and solve a variety of problems; exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions; collect, organize, and analyze data.
