About: Yarco Property Management is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner/Concierge to maintain the cleanliness of vacant and pre-leased units, common spaces, and equipment at our properties. The role also involves organizing resident events and ensuring resident satisfaction in line with company standards.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED required; Experience: 1 year of customer service experience; Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds; Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurable for driving if required
