About: MIORA Performance & Longevity is seeking a charismatic and friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face of the clinic, creating a warm and inviting environment for all patients and visitors. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service with passion and professionalism.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong communication and interpersonal skills; organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage front desk operations efficiently; proficiency in CRM systems and scheduling software; discretion in handling sensitive information; previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred; familiarity with scheduling systems and EMR is a plus
