Position: CONCIERGE job
About: The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge to assist guests with information and itinerary arrangements in line with the resort’s policies and procedures.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Must be able to obtain and maintain any other certification or license as required; At least 1-3 years previous experience as a resort concierge; Multi-lingual, type at least 45 wpm preferred; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to work in a high-volume luxury resort; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English; Strong interpersonal skills; Varied shift availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
