About: Greater Baltimore Medical Center Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as the first point of contact for all Greater Beauty guests, providing exceptional guest service and support. The role involves receiving and screening visitors and callers, scheduling appointments, handling guest inquiries, and participating in guest charge processing.
Requirements: High School or GED equivalency; 6 months of related customer service experience; skills in written and oral communication, positive phone demeanor, service-oriented mindset, knowledge of basic office equipment, ability to perform non-complex arithmetic calculations, organizational skills with strong attention to detail; ability to sit, stand, walk, and pay close attention to detail
