Requirements: A high school education or equivalent is required; college degree or equivalent preferred. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer; additional familiarity with Windows XP ideal. Excellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in math, outgoing and friendly personality, good organizational skills, marketing and budgeting experience, ability to handle multiple tasks, exceptional communication and customer service skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, basic typing and computer skills, service experience a plus.
