About: The Elser Hotel & Residences is a luxury condominium hotel located in Downtown Miami, offering fully furnished rooms and upscale amenities. Named after the iconic Elser Pier, the hotel continues the tradition of providing a premier experience in the heart of the city.
Requirements: Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required; Excellent time management skills; Able to prioritize multiple requests; Computer experience required; Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times; Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests; Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines; Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and nametag; Comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations; Must be able to anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary; Maintain confidentiality of information; Show initiative in anticipating guest or operational needs; Perform other duties as requested by management.
