About: Welcome to The Belgrove, a distinguished new property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio set to open this year as a 4-Diamond resort. Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, our resort will feature 150 elegantly designed rooms and villas, multiple exquisite restaurants, a world-class spa, and a stunning golf course. The Belgrove is committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment in the beautiful setting of West Palm Beach. The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, providing various positions across multiple departments, emphasizing teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding service.
Requirements: High school diploma required; ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers; basic mathematical and calculator skills; ability to listen effectively, speak and write English clearly; ability to stand, walk, and sit and continuously perform essential job functions; hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations. Education: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. Experience: Prior customer service experience required; prior Front Desk or other prior hospitality experience preferred. Licenses or certificates: No special licenses required; CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred. Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available). Other: Applicants with additional language skills preferred. Note: The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.
