Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred; one year experience in a public contact/service role; luxury hotel experience preferred; strong knowledge of San Francisco’s attractions, restaurants, and cultural offerings; previous hospitality industry experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service; ability to adapt communication style for different audiences
